Say Hi to Robert Goddard

Dear 7Spot Community,

It is with great enthusiasm that we introduce Robert Goddard as our newest 7Spot Show Host! Robert is no stranger to the kit car scene, having already made a significant impression through his knowledge, passion, and hands-on experience.

Many of you may recognize Robert from his recent Livestream feature, where he showcased his stunning MEV Exocet build.

He has decided to move on from the Exocet but his Car Passion persists ... and how!

in Roberts words:

"Yeah it was a very sad day watching the Mev being driven away.

It was an amazing experience to build, own and drive.

I have just recently purchased a 987 Porsche Cayman.

Completely different to the Exocet, I needed to have a second car that's more practical than the Exocet.

But I will be keeping my eyes and ears open for all things kit car related as you never know."

His thoughtful contributions to the debate underscored his technical acumen and deep understanding of the platform.

His expertise shone through as he took viewers on an in-depth journey through his build process, offering invaluable insights for both seasoned builders and newcomers alike.

In addition to his own project, Robert has been an active voice in the community, appearing as a guest panelist in a streamed discussion on the best Kit Cars and Scratch build options available using an MX5 drivetrain as the donor.

As a 7Spot Show Host, Robert will bring his wealth of experience to future episodes, sharing tips, guiding discussions, and spotlighting the most exciting projects within the 7Spot community.

We are confident that his enthusiasm and depth of knowledge will make him a great asset to the show.

Please join us in welcoming Robert to the 7Spot family!

Best regards,
Jim Gould
